This Chia Seed and Banana Ice Cream bowl is probably the simplest recipe you will ever make and it absolutely delicious. Chiapudding and banana ice cream are probably my 2 favorite breakfast recipes.. so I thought; why not put them together?? So that’s exactly what I did and I created the ultimate breakfast bowl :-D.
The fun part about is that the two textures match perfectly together. You got the creamy chocolate pudding and the refreshing banana ice cream. For me a breakfast bowl is all about the toppings. I love to add a lot of different ones. You can also add these toppings. But if you like other ones.. go ahead and put them on your breakfast bowl!
Recipe: Healthy breakfast bowl
- 1 frozen banana
- half block of tofu
- dash of almond milk
- chocolate chia pudding (recipe HERE)
- handful of raspberries
- 1 TBSP shredded coconut
- 1 TBSP chocolate sprinkles
- 2 TBSP pomegranate seeds
Make chocolate chia pudding according to my previous recipe. Next we are going to make the banana ice cream. Mix the frozen banana, half a block of tofu and a dash of almond milk together in a blender. If it’s not soft enough add more almond milk. If it’s to soft add more banana. Grab a bowl and put the chocolate chia pudding on the one side, and put the banana ice cream on the other side. Then we are going to add the toppings 😀 ! Put the shredded coconut, chocolate sprinkles and pomegranate seeds on top. Finally add a handful of raspberries and… ENJOY!
