Have you ever tried tofu ice cream? Because if you haven’t you are seriously missing out! 😀 This is currently my favorite recipe. You only need 3 ingredients and a blender. Mix those 3 ingredients in a blender and 5 minutes later you are eating you healthy dessert! If you make this for your friends they won’t even notice that it is made with tofu.. And the fun part is that you can make it with any flavor you like :-). I always love forest fruit.. So today I made blueberry ice cream.
This recipe is also very high in protein and low in sugar and fat. So now you can really enjoy your guilt free dessert. Because it’s so healthy you can even eat this ice cream for breakfast :-). One of the perks of being a vegan!
Recipe: Blueberry Ice Cream Bowl
Ingredients
- half block of silk tofu
- 2 handful of frozen blueberries
- dash of almond milk
- 3 fresh strawberries
- handful of blueberries
- shredded coconut
- 1 TBSP agave syrup
How to
Blend the tofu, the frozen blueberries and a dash of almond milk in a blender until smooth. Put the ice cream mixture in a bowl. Decorate with strawberries, blueberries, agave syrup and shredded coconut. ENJOY!
