Homemade Granola

Homemade granola so much healthier than the store bought granola’s and cornflakes 🙂 The best part of making your granola yourself is that you can choose which ingredients you put in. So if you don’t like raisins, just don’t put them in your granola! I also like my granola extra crunchy so I put it a little bit longer in the oven..

I always make granola after I’ve made homemade almond milk 🙂 When you make almond milk at home you have a lot of leftover nut pulp. And it’s a shame to just throw it away! I always put it in my granola. I love almonds so I love granola with almond flavor :-). It’s important to dry your nut pulp before you put it with your other ingredients. So put the nut pulp in the oven for 20 minutes until it’s dry. Usually I make granola the day after I’ve made nut milk to make sure the nut pulp is totally dry.
