On this little space on the internet I want to share healthy and delicious plant based recipes with you and the world. This food blog is created to inspire you to live a life of health and happiness. For me this blog is a place where I can let my creativity run wild. I love experimenting with all kinds of food combinations. The good news is that I will only put the best recipes on the blog. I’ll do the taste testing first. That way I can make sure that you’ll only get the most delicious food on your plate. So if you love food you’re at the right place. On this blog you can expect easy and healthy recipes. Same like many women these days I have so much to do and so little time. I have a full time job. A lot of hobbies. Annoying chores. Friends. And my boyfriend Philippe who I’d love to spend all my free time with. Recognizable? Don’t get me wrong, I love to do all those things. Since there are only 24 hours in a day, it makes it harder to make time for my passion: cooking.
That’s why I create recipes that don’t take up hours and hours. Because we don’t want to be in our kitchen until midnight, right? I’m 100% convinced that you can create lovely meals with a few ingredients in a small amount of time. Easy, healthy and delicious. That is what I try to achieve. And the good part is that you have more time left to actually eat the food. So if you are a beginner don’t worry. Because you can easily recreate my vegan recipes :-).
